Every business needs a plan.  Business planning starts with a good understanding of where the business is now.  Our business analysis protocols have been developed in house over many years and look at a business across multiple dimensions.  From this analysis we build a financial model of the business to link the status quo (not the band!) to future success.  We then establish what success looks like from the client's point of view by projecting the model forward in tandem with assessing business owner ambition.

We may then facilitate the development of a bespoke strategy map for the business.  This is a simple cause and effect diagram on a single page - linking financial objectives to a series of key drivers.  From this we then develop the plan.

Every business owner needs a tax and personal financial plan.  Every obk client has a simple tax plan taking account of both business and personal taxes.  Our fees are often paid for out of the savings flowing from this proactive approach.
