Although we do a lot of structured teaching (see Education) and learning a lot of it takes place in the daily work.

This applies to the OBK team as well as our clients. When we spot that someone doesn't fully understand or is labouring inefficiently ,we take the time to fix it or teach it.  Often in client meetings we will - with permission - take a digression to explain something so our clients are better informed about what we do, and what they do!

This is partly because we don't have a time-is-money mentality but mostly because we are like-minded and all choose to make a difference.
